Should a team not pay by that due date then they will declare the next week’s game as a forfeit and be suspended from league with NO MONEY REFUNDED. ANY TEAM WITH 2 FORFEITS IN A SEASON WILL FORFEIT THE REMAINDER OF GAMES AND INCUR AN ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT THE NEXT SEASON THEY WISH TO PARTICIPATE ($250) WHICH WILL BE DUE ALONG WITH THE LEAGUE FEE. A player can play on multiple teams, BUT NOT in the same division. For example, you could play on an 8-Man team, a 5-Man team and a Co-ed team. However, you cannot play on two 8-Man teams in the league. Fill out League Evaluation Forms when you have a problem or have ideas on how or what you can do to improve the league. The protest fee is $25. A protest must be officially filed and paid for within 24 hours after your game. The competition committee will make a decision on all protest. Winning Team captains or a member of team is responsible for calling in the score to the League office (419-3804) no later that Wednesday, following game. Should a team not report their score then it will be deemed by the league office as a win, but the score will be 6 to 0, so you may lose much needed points which determine standings at end of season. Please call (615) 419-3804 for rainout information. Information will be available at least 45 minutes prior to game time. Should your team contact not get a call 45 minutes prior to game time, then all teams assume that games are being played as scheduled. Will be determined at field.
